We've had a few people analyze it. It's a malicious program. What more do you want?

In this case, the program was obfuscated and the author admitted it 'called home' to check if it was okay to run. That should be a red flag for most people. The author claimed this was done to prevent others from viewing his speed hack method(s), but I don't believe the author was stupid enough to think that would stop anything. I for one was able to see what it was doing in the game in about 90 seconds using this: https://github.com/namreeb/hacksniff -- I thought it would be okay for me to use on an account I didn't care about, but I forgot that I used the same password elsewhere. Unfortunately for me these no-lifers went around cyber-stalking me trying that password all over and managed to get into one or two places I do care about (namely my OC account).

You can wait until a reputable member can verify that it's safe. This particular section is quite slow, so this could take some time for each new program. I would also recommend that you do not take virustotal results as a definitive answer to whether it's safe or not. Obfuscators and other customizations of obfuscators and packers will quite often hide things from a virus scanner, so you really need to be aware of this.
