The way I understand how the spell is supposed to work, is that you have a passive on the player that can proc the absorb effect right?
In that case you can attach an aura script on the passive that triggers the absorb spell on proc.
I'd probably try something like this, setting effect 0 on the passive to SPELL_AURA_DUMMY,
while the absorb spell which I think has the id 510000 in your case should have SPELL_AURA_SCHOOL_ABSORB in effect 0.
