I did hear that some people had to modify the wow.exe to allow more than 32 races or something like that, I think it was @Grommash

Like the Lua calls GetValidRaces() to do the button enables but I can’t find where it gets that function

I had that same issue, I Tried adding them to higher numbers instead of just using the existing numbers (12,13,14 and so) because they also seem to share models with the Mobs in TBC and stuff but I could never get them to appear enabled in game, so I just used a hacky way to allow the mobs to use another model and... was done with it
