You also have to enter the correct one in gossip menu options see my picture

it has the right menus and stuff I cant check it right now but I will when server is back online

and it is only displayed if the vendor has something to sell. As a test, you can put a grey item in that anyone can buy, because with class-related things you only see the menu with .gm on

ah gotcha I haven't put the shop in yet bc the gossip menus weren't popping up
