It costs 15 euros / year for private realms, but i find it to be a fair prize whatsoever, the author is really active with new additions and fixes. The community is still rather small, but you can find some profiles on their forums for questing. Not too many tho.

For the quests that are bugged, you have to manually do them. I would advise that if you're planning on grinding levels, then make your own leveling profiles (perhaps every 4 levels).
