Nope. WDL only.
WDT can spawn a wmo if it's wmo only map. But at some point blizz stopped creating new maps like this. Vanilla though has a good amount of wmo only maps

Though in this case, it's not for horizon rendering. It's literally the only freaking where data for spawning a object is written xD
