not sure what issue might be but probably something to do with its either to large, corrupted, or it expect other structure of what being sent

Anything can send data on the port that the emu doesn't expect. If it's open, could be someone port scanning. If it's not, could be a dropped packet or something custom

I just added an HD patch (Which I doubt is causing this), some few wow.exe modifications (Alastor & robinsch patches) and an Interface edit to remember account passwords (login). Thats it.

Also the packet error is random, Im just IDLE in my world and it pops up
