AC extractors tools stop at patch-5.mpq so you'll either have to move everything in patch-4 and 5 or edit \src\tools\map_extractor\system.cpp and rebuild the tool to allow you to extract up to patch-z.mpq
you'll also need to have your map and dbc in the correct data folder or else the extractor will just extract native dbc and maps
Also the extractors are cap sensitive so get your patch like patch-A.MPQ
