I just did a blank deathknighteyeglow.blp if I recall to desactivate it and keep the orginal model

BloodElfFemaleEyeGlowGreen is for their natural glow
DEATHKNIGHTEYEGLOW is for the dk one, it's already blue so you can copy paste and rename it to the other other one
and also all upper BLOODELFFEMALEFACEUPPERxx_xx are reedited with gimp

you need to leave only one armature: the character one
and parent all the geometry to it
if you have vertex groups not matching the bone names - rename it
also set the geoset types to skin (if you need to have all the parts visible no matter what)
