SkillRaceClassInfo.dbc if you are adding custome racial skill
skilline.dbc and skilineability.dbc for the weapon, or other skill behind a racemask or a class mask to allow them to learn them
ChrRaces.dbc for the information of the race on the selection screen and creation screen
CharBaseInfo.dbc for wich class allowed with which race
