Maybe try to change your charbaseinfo.dbcx and set your raceID 12, 13, 18 and 21 before your raceid 22. No idea if it would matter for MOP to have them sorted and be read in order

yes, but your worgen (22) seems to be read, but not these which are your felorc, highelf, foresttroll and icetroll

dbcutil can convert dbc into csv to do that fast, but no idea for mop
