trying to stretch the talent tree out to be a full window without the need for scrolling. The window just refuses to scale without this clipping issue on the top and sides. any way I can fix this?

how one goes about implementing a custom model and sound for a spell? i have the m2, its skin and the sound files in the appropriate folders for the client, it's more so the dbc/db2 work I need a better grasp of. i tried looking into FileData.dbc and SoundEntries.db2, only to end up confused when I saw that SoundEntries was referring to FileDataIDs, only for said FileDataIDs to be nowhere to be found in FileData.dbc
apologies if it's a stupid question
