Didnt know spell editor did that, but that sounds like exactly what Id want, thank you! Just to confirm, basically all Id need to do is put an unused spell visual id as the visual for the spell, and then copy/paste the visual kits that Id want for that new spell visual id?

Set the spell visual ID to 0, then copy + paste a kit or effect into it

the copy + paste behaviour is designed to always create a copy

And if the spell visual ID is 0 (none), there is a special check to duplicate the spell visual data too

Ah ok, so could I have multiple spells with visual ID set to 0 and customize them separately?

Just be careful with the IDs that change. If I remember correctly, copy + pasting a kit into a spell with visual ID 0, will create:
1) A new spell visual
2) A new spell kit
3) But existing effects/attachments will be copied over WITHOUT creating new IDs

So if you want new effects/attachments on the duplicated kit, you need to copy + paste those too

Delete is effectively _unlink_ on kits and effects, so it's safe to delete from a new ID without effecting older IDs

Yes, it's not that intuitive. But this is something I wrote in a couple of days mainly for my own use
