don't think so, making PRs to TC is a pain but they open source their fork (though they just rescript all the content in ts-wow)

Still beats having things AC do like:
- Having a `Thread.sleep(400)` in your world update loop to fix an animation bug
- Obfuscating the MOTD message which looks like virus code would
- Arguing that bugs exist because of the enGB client
- Not understanding how movement maps work

epoch got delayed by half a year at least purely from the amount of stock TC bugs
