there's many more smaller issues and missing mechanics but those are the major bugs that make the dungeon not completable yes

Epoch runs on TC and they had litteral thousands of bug reports of stock TC scripts and mechanics not working, it becomes obvious how much stuff is broken when you have a large playerbase testing stuff
