That's just a primary key so there's a unique identifier in the table for each entry, it shouldn't matter.

You can however if you care about keeping things tidy export a DBC as CSV, and just stick the entry in a sensible place.

CSV = Comma Separated Values so it's dead easy to work with if you find the DBC editor interface to be fiddly which I personally do.
