for example, Heroic: Storming the Citadel (10 player) isn't showing in the list until the normal version of the achievement is done

4628 (HC achi), supercedes 4531 (normal achi)
I did the same, HC achi supercedes normal achi but HC achi is always visible even when normal is incomplete
