The script comes with the green version I linked above. It also had a fix for saving water.

If I recall correctly, newer versions of Red try to automatically set fatigue based on the water type. I prefer to be able to touch it up manually with the brush. But I don't use noggit frequently, just recalling from memory based on discussions.
