I've done larger scale blps but where was still resolution restrictions?

I'm running into issues with tons of files needing completely different formats for the output and trying to come up with a good process to handle this. These are the same type of files too, for instance weapons, armor, skin, hair etc. I'm doing groups individually, but within them selves they seem to need different formats as well (classic, tbc, wotlk etc)
