playercreateinfo_skills table if azerothcore. not sure if it is the same for tcore and u would need dbc just in case

So I modified a existing spell for 1.12. I've edited the server module spell.dbc and through Heidisql, and made a custom patch. The spell seems to work like designed but the tooltip is the same as the old one. I Assume i have to edit the server's database files? Which looks like this. Im stumped

Okay I'm making a sacrifice and it's not bad at all, because I can't figure how to get the Blizzard area paint into the backported ADT's, I'm just going to go custom on this and paint them in myself, it's really not bad, plus, I want custom stuff on the server anyway, and not just backported stuff so it really does work out, and it's minor.
