It is big stats just not in Haste since that makes Melee classes OP

As far as dangerous stuff such as shutting down the server, banning players, etc goes, that was restricted, but basically you'd enter a phased version of any area and invite people into the phased area, so any object or mob you placed down wasn't a permanent change to the server.
