Morning all,
Sorry for thr noob question I'm new here. If I made a new Vanilla zone/map/instance on Noggit would it be importable into the SPP repack database? or would you need a clean MaNGOS Zero?

You can add it to a repack as long as the map tools are provided.
1) Update DBC files
2) Update world database with new map info / instance info
3) Run map tools on your client which contains the new map in MPQs. Make sure the tool does read your map by running it from command prompt and reading the output.

I don't know if noggit supports vanilla by default, you might need to backport it

Yeah I think all that is covered in this video so I will try to follow it.

Yeah I will try it on wrath first then see if I can backport it some how.

One last question would be, if I did back port it I would be able to run it on a 1.12 client, but would it also work on a 1.14 client?

WDT files determine how big maps are. We will go through the process of creating a new map and I will also show you how to change size of already existing map. I will also provide you a tip how to make your GM-only test zones unaccessible for players (even for those using hacks).

How to make a map concept (before creating a new map itself):
