u can make more factions ...think limit is 4 or 5, depending on how u can create it...it is dbc limitation... if u can change dbc then u can have even more (think there is no client limitation besides race number for them)

i created 3rd faction unfortunately only horde npcs attack my character while, if i remember correctly since i didn't work on project for a while, both faction players can attack me
