I've added a reflect texture there with a texture combiner thingy
and delete 2 of the "stand" animations which have pretty much nothing in them and it fixed the glows

also have changed the path to textures to be in the "World\Expansion01\Doodads\Generic\BloodElf\Lamp\" directory (apart from glows)
