my guess is to copy the icon name, convert your spellicon.dbc to csv and do ctrl + F and search for the name? (if spell icon is later than wotlk you need to add it yourself)

So if the spell description in the DBC file is this, the client interprets that as:

oh i thought it worked like that normally, whats it do then if you dont have the referenced spell learned

My hacky way just returns nil so I'm looking for a proper way to get this

but i coulda swore that this worked normally, because iirc you dont learn the aura portion of backdraft, but it references it for the talent and spell
