i thought the issue was in here, hence sop gaps. but they all seem to be working fine

sure ya.
aura 1 gain stacks on doing things, this works fine
at 20 stacks it should remove the 20 stacks and grant 1 stack of aura 2, this partialy happens. the 20 is removed, but no aura 2 stacks are cast
aura 2 can be learned and cast normally via gm commands. and applied via gm commands with no issues, so the issue sint the aura
