what i did, in dusk we have `trigger on spell stacks` spell aura, so i trigger invisible buff on certain stacks on caster and that invisible buff is checked in `casterauraspell` column and makes spell possible to be cast

i can get around it blocking the portio nof demon bolt ramping dmg/demonic fury cost by just making it ramp dmg/mana like arcane blast

Why not add a collum and extend the usage of casteraurastates to check for stacks needed defined in dbc collum
