I could test that, see if it does something. How would i edit the _dbc in sql to reflect that? Just replace there entries with all 0's?

ideally you should just leave the _dbc tables alone and just replace the dbc in the data folder server side

Long term sure. But as a means to quickly make the edit to test?

I don't think you can effectively remove entries with the override, and you dont have to recompile when replacing the dbc file

unless its one of those dbcs where dbc is ignored and only db is loaded <:kekw:1115251543751532674>

Foe what do you think about getting either TC/Azerothcore to run ruby code on the backend side? Right now I find developing really hard and slow on AC with all the c++ building. I would rather script my units/player/custom tables/hooks/events in a simpler language that I can unit test(which i miss) w/o running the whole server? Like you mock the inputs and outputs that get passed to the real server
