i thought maybe the arac module for azerothcore but that has a patch a. which is what ive been using this wholet ime

its either because this client is from another server (thats now shut down so i cant check0)that had a handful of custom spells.
or its from forever ago when i tried editing the quenching water for ragefire to not have a 1h cd because soloing with it was aids. eitherway ill bin it and test
