Does anyone here have experience with global chat channels? I've added a new channel named World and haven't really had any issues for 90% of cases. However, a small handful of people now and again seem to be simply unable to participate in this channel.
```ts
/** Official World Chat */
const WORLD = std.DBC.ChatChannels.add(std.IDs.ChatChannels.id('epoch-core', 'world-chat'))
.FactionGroup.set(0)
.Name.enGB.set('World')
.Shortcut.enGB.set('World')
.Flags.set(
0x00001| // Auto-Join
0x00004 // Global
);
```
Am I defining this wrong or have I missed something required core side?

Yeah just wanted to say the same. Maybe you need to set the name and shortcut for all locales

works for me with just DBC data
just need to be careful because some DBC editors don't interpret the structure correctly. You should be able to go into chat settings and see the channel
