for how much u worry about it it seems weird to me that u underestimate what army of lawyers commanded by big corp can achieve....if they come to ur hosting there are only 2 options they will either fail or succeed without questions

But I mean if you know of a host that’s well priced, high quality, has good ddos mitigation, isn’t in a copyright caring nation and doesn’t care about any kinds of software license go nuts. But I can’t say they’re common.

It’s a matter of who cares. Blizzard clearly don’t actually care about pservers and custom servers. Your competitors do.
