yes in absolute theory u maybe may argue that u didnt break blizz copyright if u were hosting emulator and u didnt have link to client or anything but like cmon thats not happening

As a modder because we’re shipping dbcs and models from blizzard blah blah yep they could have a reasonable claim. I just don’t think it’s particularly likely they will care or do anything.

Whereas your competitors who’d happily spend hundreds of dollars ddosing a competitor won’t hesitate to use the loaded shotgun that any AC developer has pointed at their own head.

im not sure how it could happen though....u cant just email hosting and say "hey this domain is breaking license" u need to have some proof and i dont see how u could prove that im hosting private code....and if that happens im curios how will hosting react if i reply arguing that that license isnt valid in first place
