For the chance reduction, look for "case CR_CRIT_TAKEN" and comment out the bit calling "GetCritChanceReduction", then for the damage reduction go to where the calculation for the "GetSpellDamageReduction" (also for melee and ranged) in Unit.h and just change those rates to 0. (Simply commenting out the lines for the damage reduction didn't work for me for reasons I don't understand because I'm not a dev).
