I assume you are running a condition where if they have the spell active you add another spell that debuffs them?
I would say follow the same logic but instead of a debuffing spell you made a spell that buffs them instead?

When they are nearby the trigger, it literally just removes the spellid that is listed.
I've been reading the smart_scripts all day and via the trinitycore.atlassian but can't seem to find anything that would BUFF said player with a specific spell id.
