Resizing can be a pain with bones, but maybe it isnt a problem there, if you scaled it in object mode be sure to Ctrl + A -> Scale, so the scale is Applied

You could try maybe too, to just import it, dont scale it (if you're scaling it equally at all directions ofc), and on export you can set the scale

The bones seem fine, I mostly thinned it out a little and then equally scaled it down
