Try importing directly, like you were trying before, not from file import (WMV doesnt always extract the skin i think, or you had to extract textures or some shit like that to extract it)

okay so in WmV, I mark the foresttrolltablet.m2 -> go to Blender and reload WoW Filesystem. Is that what you mean?
