I missed it too, but Valaryon was after the same tool for newer client versions. Not 3.3.5.

You can only specify 1 data folder at a time, but you could rerun the program multiple times changing the data folder.

Feel free to open an enhancement issue, but I'm not sure when I would get motivation to work on it

It will just print warning messages if it can't find assets, and this is normal for blizzlike files that already exist in the client
