I just ran
UPDATE gameobject
SET spawnMask = 3
WHERE map = 33;
and
UPDATE creature
SET spawnMask = 3
WHERE map = 33;

You can play with phases when you want certain stuff on certain difficulty only

IIRC you can also mix it to show up only at Heroics (10h25h) and not in normals (10n25n)

How can i add monsters to my own map? .npc add everywhere? i dont think. Must be a way to populate maps with monsters
