If it isn't clear yet, models from newer expansions must be 'downported' or 'retroported' to work in 3.3.5. This process isn't something a single program will do nor is it the same process for every model/object, but there are some guides and tools that exist to outline some methods that have been used to achieve this.

I have now deleted everything and only have M2/WMO files in the folder. I opened it with 010Editor and it now looks like this:
