from dbc I don't think so, but you can do it the other way and generate the dbc and bakednpctexture at the same time with WMV

like read the paths for char textures in charsections.dbc for a propper settings in creaturedisplayinfoextra.dbc and apply proper item textures to it

afaik WMV is the only tool current which can bake textures
