I think the issue would be around int/float casting. When you convert from float to int, it won't round it -- it will just drop the decimal places

Ive been trying to get my gameobject (works as intended and is planted nicely by the player) to be the source of an aura (Aura works perfectly on nearby allies when placed on a player) for weeks now but I just cant figure out how to make the game object a passive carrier of the aura. Closest I got was to have the player click on it to get the aura but thats not at all what Im after. Ive tried object type 5, smart script it to cast the aura on spawn, type 22, type 30. One would think GAMEOBJECT_TYPE_AURAGENERATOR = 30 should be the easy clean way to set it up but the aura simply doesnt happen whentry these things. -.-
The actual aura uses effect 128 (SPELL_EFFECT_APPLY_AREA_AURA_FRIEND). Is it something related to the spawned game object not recognising NPCs/players as "friends" despite being summoned by a player?
Appreciate help to get this working as intended! Surely someone must've done this. Should auragenerator type work but Im missing some attribute in the spell needed for that function or something? TC 3.3.5a btw

I would just have a trigger (GM) npc that is attached to the gobject which has the aura
