The problem is that this topic is far more complex than changing a number in a database.
It's like asking for if you can make your car faster. An engineer told you to make fancy stuff in the most deep part of your motor because that's what you have to do. You can't do that yourself? Pay someone who has learned that stuff. It's that easy.
If it would be just tightening a screw, someone would have made a guide

at least I found a big functions names list which I imported to ida
yet my knowledge of the RE isn't great too, so I can't achieve the stuff I want (at least right now), but self-educations is the only thing that can change it
robinsch, if you're reading this: I still want to unlock the animations count to go higher then 505
I've tried to search for 506 value through the exe and changing it to a higher value on every function that seems to be somehow related to animations, but all I've got is a loading time increase (or I had it before the changes, but haven't payed any attention to it)
