Not sure on that one, I think it might be information in the M2 itself. It's happened to a few of my models and I never found a quick way to fix it through DBC / DB data, and did not care to investigate further (generally on spell visuals for me which players don't interact with)

I think it's an attachment, remember modifying it when doing the star wars mounts xD
