The code that builds the tooltip for spells or item (or player, ...) sits in the exe, it's not written in LUA

You can use GameTooltip API to manipulate it but it has a lot of drawbacks and is a pain to work with

I was going to attempt to replicate item tooltips outside of the game, and I realized that you've got to do a ton of checks to even begin to discern what value should/could be present.
