Racial spells are teached as an Skill, you must removethem lines that make characters learn the racial Spell accordingly

or you could try setting the SpellID to 0, but that will give you some warning message on console I guess

It's doable without eluna and it's one less script that needs to be loaded to do a task that can be solved through regular means
