Client also has an issue where *sometimes* tickets refuse to be sent to the server

Oh that's to keep the work load of the support team low. Rolls a dice from 1 to 100 and on a 7 it will just not send it. <:trollface:1115948191095988266>

In big companies that's fine since that cost will come from QA teams budget and not from support teams budget then
