Granted I know Ascension has a fancy gm report menu.. not sure if it sends gm tickets outside of the typical ticket system.

I am not really aware of what needs to be changed in default 335 to fix it, but as you mentioned we've reworked the ticket system fully.

But I know that it has been happening a lot early days, still have about 50+ reports of this happening in archive.

I'd try to save all ticket packet bodys untill it happens again and compare them. Something has to be different
