Turn off your custom patches 1 by 1 to know which one is causing that

Dwarves have sound, but not humans . The problem is only from a patch you think?

When you put a fight playemote (like ONESHOT_ATTACK1H) on a npc, does it make sound?

You may test by removing all your custom patches, that would leave your client to blizz default
