the build takes forever and i'd rather just keep building off of what was there. especially when all it seems like is an idiotic and arbitrary timestamp check
was built: mtime changed (was 1704877624, now 1704811897)
note: please rebuild precompiled header 'path/to/workspace/build/src/common/CMakeFiles/common.dir/cmake_pch.hxx.pch'
