Another question, maybe <@271350028985958408> will know. I can't find any effect or aura that will give hit chance. I found ones that will improve your overall hitchance based on what you already have. But not 1 that will just flat out give you hit chance from having none. Theres ones that are like increase by 1 percent assuming you have some

Hello! I need help with some custom races I'm working on. Currently, they cannot speak. I understand that it's a skill, I believe, in the database that learns the ability, but I don't know what the racemask for the custom races is to identify them in those tables. I would appreciate any type of information or assistance.
